How to properly put on a perfume
Some people just don't know how to put on a perfume. That is a kind of sad to me. Not because it's such a vital piece of information (some do consider it so, though).
Not because I've known how to do that for so many years so I have a little trouble grasping some adults ignorance when it comes to fashion and beauty. Not at all. It's simply because people nowadays pay so much money for perfumes when they can definitely spend less, and thus having more spare money for their families, for vacations or for whatever they decide to spend their money on.
I'll start off with one strong truth that may shock some of you guys (and girls). The quality of the scent doesn't stand in a straight line between the quantity of perfume your applied – meaning, 3 pushes on the button located on top of the bottle are plenty enough. If it's a Eau de toilette which has much lesser alcoholic content, then you can go as high as 5.
Putting them on "soft-spots" in your skin like the side of your neck, or behind your knee, will make it absorb quicker and have more effect. If after a few sprays you still can sense the scent aerial presence then you should inspect your own nose, and your perfume. If you aren't sure about the quality of your fragrance, the wisest choice for you would be to stick to experts recommendations and read about the best perfume for men and best perfume for women, rather than sticking to an old "favorite" that you aren't sure about.
It sometimes happens that your olfactory glands are already so used to a scent that they just dismiss it, and this is the reason why you can't feel it like before. You should consult with someone you know and ask for his / her opinion about the subject.
